Favourite Drug Store Products

I can't deny that I am a 'label' type of girl when it comes to fashion and beauty, shame on me! However,  like most beauty lovers, if you can find a product in a drugstore which is half the price and works the same, there is nothing better.

Every month new products are coming in to Boots and Superdrug and with most of them being under £10 it's pretty difficult to deny yourself. These are my favourite drugstore products from 2013, what are yours?

Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation - £6.99

Rimmel Stay Matte Powder - £3.99

Excuse that both these products aren't actually my own images, unfortunately I have ran out of both of these and am planning on buying some more in the next few weeks. The Rimmel Match Perfection foundation is a brilliant one for either those foundation beginners or someone who doesn't want to pay a bomb. This foundation comes in a range of colours and does basically what it says on the tin, is a match perfection. It is medium to full coverage and if you use some of the powder on top, it can stay on most of the day.
The Rimmel Stay Matte powder is a dream and I actually can say I prefer it to any other powder I have tried, even high end ones! It makes you foundation last all day if applied on top, or you can use it instead of foundation. With a price tag of only £3.99 from Boots and Superdrug, you really can't go wrong.

Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer - £4.19
I am pretty certain I am the millionth blogger to rave about this concealer, and I won't be the last. I am a fan of the Mac concealer however with this being under £5 and is perfect all day coverage for my under-eye circles with I really suffer from, I can't live without it.

Rimmel Exaggerate Liquid Eyeliner - £5.19
As you can see I have used and used this eyeliner to the maximum since you can not even read any of the writing on it anymore, not even the Rimmel part. I have tried quite a few other liquid eyeliners and most of them have made my eyes really sore so I always end up coming back to this one.

L'Oreal False Lash Architect 4D Mascara - £10.99
You must be getting pretty bored of hearing about this product in most of my beauty posts but I feel like the day I change mascaras is a pretty long way away. For years I used Lancome Hypnose Drama mascara but started struggling to pay the £20 odd pound over few months, so some of my friends recommended this one and i've never gone back. Many people are big fans of the Rimmel mascaras however they have never worked for me personally. This particular mascara is dark enough to empathise my lashes, gives it a lot more length and added volume that I don't get from other products. Love, love, love.

(From Left to Right) Vasaline Rosy Lips - £1, Revlon Colourburst  - £7.99, Maybelline Baby Lips - £2.99
I have a slight obsessive trait when it comes to lip products. I have quite big lips so I find it difficult sometimes to buy lipsticks as they dry my lips out quite instantly. Ever since I can remember I haven't been able to leave the house without some Vasaline on me. The fact they come in small tubs, and in a variation of flavours make it easy to add some tint to your lips but they can also be moisturised. Since Baby Lips has come out, I have begun to collect every colour as, similar to Vasaline, they add colour and moisturise so you are never left with dry lips. Finally the Revlon Colourburst Lipstick collection comes in a large range of colours that you can wear day or night and similar to the others they are moisturising.

Batiste Dry Shampoo in Tropical - £4.99 for 400ml
As much as I try and not use dry shampoo as I would much rather have freshly washed hair, it is a god send if your in a rush and need to make your hair look fresher and give it that lift. There are a variation of dry shampoo products in all drug stores however my favourites are the Batiste dry shampoo range which comes in a variety of 'flavours', can you call them that? Either way, they are brilliant for bad situations and they also come in travel size for your handbag or car!

Garnier Body Intensive 7 Days Ultra-Softening Lotion - £2 (rough price)
This Garnier Body moisturiser is perfect for a quick fix, it smells amazing and isn't too thick so it instantly dissolves in your skin. In many UK drugstores there is so many choices for moisturiser so have a look around and try and pick one that is perfect for you. This one has taken me through countless sunbathing days, dry skin winter days and holidays and I love it.

What are your favourite drugstore beauty products?
